How to Apply
Application Steps

Choose Your Programme
Browse our departments and select the course that matches your goals — whether languages, ICT, or business.

Gather Your Documents
Prepare your national ID or passport, two recent passport-size photos, and any relevant academic certificates.

Complete the Registration Form
Fill in the online registration form or visit us at the campus to collect and submit a physical form.

Pay Fees via M-Pesa Paybill
Once registered you will receive your student number and Paybill payment details. All fees are paid via M-Pesa Paybill — no card or online payment is accepted.

Attend Orientation
New students attend a mandatory orientation session at the start of each intake to meet staff and fellow classmates.

Payment Information
Paying Your Fees
IEC College does not process payments online. All student fees are payable exclusively via M-Pesa Paybill. Once your registration is confirmed you will receive your student number to use as your account reference.
We do not accept card or online card payments at this time.
